Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountsPaid time offVision insuranceWellness resources Responsibilities SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvements Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channels Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voice Google Suite Management: Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performance Website Updates: Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeep Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendars Monitor and report on key marketing metrics Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) Strong writing and content editing skills Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google Ads Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines Experience with Squarespace a plus Insurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not required
