Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and professional Marketing Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Visit Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.
Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
Introduce our assisted living community and services.
Generate referrals and help increase resident admissions.
Attend networking and community events as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and confident presentation.
Sales or healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $18.50/hour (paid training provided).
Generous commission for every successful resident admission generated through your referrals.
Unlimited earning potential for motivated team members.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
