Job OverviewOur Company is seeking a motivated Marketing Representative to support our staffing and recruitment operations. This role focuses on promoting workforce solutions generating qualified business leads and building strong relationships with employers and hiring managers.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting recruitment growth through strategic marketing outreach campaigns and business development initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote staffing and recruitment services

Generate new business leads through outreach networking referrals and digital marketing

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers HR managers and corporate clients

Collaborate with recruiters and business development teams to support hiring goals

Conduct market research on hiring trends labor demand and competitor activity

Manage CRM systems to track leads campaigns and client interactions

Support creation of marketing content including job ads email campaigns and social media posts

Represent Our Company at networking events job fairs and recruitment activities

Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment marketing strategies

QualificationsExperience in marketing sales recruitment business development or client relations preferred

Strong communication persuasion and relationship-building skills

Ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities

Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and performance metrics

Self-motivated goal-oriented and results-driven

Ability to work independently and within a team

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field preferred (not required)
