Job Qualifications: • Experience in customer service • must be detail-orientated and able to multi-task • good communication skills • computer skills, and able to provide excellent customer service • ability to work on a team Duties and Responsibilities: • provide customer service care to our members ,making sure they are satisfied with our services • participants in community events to expand our services offered to seniors • build relations with other organizations to promote our services • assist Medicare patients with plan forms and applications • make transportation appointments for Medicare members • make courtesy calls to patients after they are seen by our doctors • make and confirm patient appointments As a Marketing Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing customer engagement.
