Marketing Representative/Account Manager

Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible to establish and maintain a harmonious working relationship with direct supervisors, seniors in the community, health plan representatives, employer groups, brokers, providers, and their staff for Bakersfield Family Medical Group (BFMG) and/or Coastal Communities Physician Network (CCPN). • Changes to the health plans enrollment activity and any other information directly affecting needs of employer groups on a monthly and as needed basis. • Assist in developing working Marketing plan and yearly advertising budget. • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with clients, members, providers, and staff. • Experience in health care, preferable with Medicare, preferred.
