Trifecta Home Care LLC (Hammonton) is looking for an outgoing, engaging and talented marketer to promote our services and recruit clients and caregivers in the counties of Atlantic, Cumberland, Camden and Gloucester. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources (e.g., hospitals, assistant living facilities, rehab centers, hospice, and other health care provider professionals) who will recommend the agency to potential clients. The marketer will call, email, text and/or otherwise reach out to these representatives regularly to encourage referrals as well as update them on any clients sent to the agency. In addition, the marketer may do some direct consumer sales and follow up on leads from the agency’s online sources. The ultimate goal for the marketer is to continuously increase client and caregiver recruitment.
