Marketing Representative

Want to use your marketing superpowers to help people? Not the theory of it — the doing of it. That's why this role at Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy might be exactly what you've been looking for. That means you'll be: • Reactivating past patients through email campaigns, newsletters, text outreach, and our 30,000-person patient database — people who've been helped before and just need a reason to come back • Converting cold audiences through direct mail, Facebook ads, and Google campaigns — reaching people in pain who don't know we can help yet • Running and promoting workshops — coordinating our education events, following up with attendees, and converting interest into appointments • Building word-of-mouth systems — creating structured ways for happy patients to tell their friends and family • Tracking what works — measuring results across all three clinics, reporting on what's moving the needle, and doubling down on what wins • You'll be reporting on real numbers.
