All-Weather Seal is hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to join our growing Marketing Team. As a Marketing Representative, you'll represent our company at retail locations and community events throughout the Lansing area, helping homeowners learn about our services and connecting them with our sales team.

No sales experience required. Paid training provided.

This is NOT a door-to-door position and you will not be selling products.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Representative, you'll:

Represent All-Weather Seal at retail stores and community events
Start friendly conversations with homeowners
Share information about our home improvement services
Schedule free consultations for interested homeowners
Work alongside a supportive and energetic team
Help grow our brand throughout Michigan
