This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage field teams, drive customer engagement, and ensure strong performance across direct marketing and sales campaigns. You will play a key role in supporting brand growth through face-to-face marketing strategies and results-driven execution. Lead and support in-store marketing and sales campaign execution and field team performance.Drive customer engagement and ensure high-quality brand representation.Train, coach, and develop team members to improve sales performance and customer interactions.Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics and support goal achievement.Collaborate with leadership to improve marketing strategies and sales outcomes.Maintain accountability for team execution, professionalism, and client results.Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
