As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll represent telecommunication services directly to customers, guiding them through options and helping them enroll in programs that keep them connected. What You’ll Do as a Marketing & Sales Assistant:
• Engage customers in person through retail, community, and event-based sales
• Deliver clear, confident presentations of telecom products and services
• Assist customers with enrollment and applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Generate new leads and build relationships within the local community
• Track activity and follow up with prospects to close sales
• Collaborate with fellow Marketing & Sales Assistant team members to hit goals
