About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, tech-forward Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations and event execution across Florida’s premier luxury event markets.
Based in our Naples headquarters, you will play a key role in producing multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating high-profile client experiences, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to scale content production and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Content & Copywriting: Utilize advanced generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) to draft compelling copy for luxury event listings, promotional emails, social media, and digital campaigns.
Regional Campaign Management: Assist in executing localized marketing initiatives targeting key coastal markets across South Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach) and the Gulf Coast (Naples, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Tampa).
Event & VIP Experience Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and on-site setup for yacht showcases, private VIP viewings, client receptions, tours for potential clients and event planners
Digital & Social Media Operations: Schedule, monitor, and optimize visual content across digital platforms, maintaining strict brand consistency and high aesthetic standards.
Collateral & Presentation Support: Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-end digital and print brochures, event invitations, and marketing decks.
Qualifications & Skills
AI Literacy (Required): Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.) for prompt engineering, copy generation, brainstorming, and workflow automation.
Marketing Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or communications (experience in luxury goods, real estate, or maritime/boating is a strong plus).
Event & Catering Background (Preferred): Practical experience in event coordination, hospitality, or catering management is highly desirable for supporting VIP events and client functions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills with a keen eye for high-end luxury branding and storytelling.
Organization & Logistics: Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
