Marketing & Sales Associate Daily Duties: • Engage customers in friendly, authentic conversations about new and existing products • Distribute samples and clearly explain product features, benefits, and uses • Create on-brand, positive experiences that encourage product trial and curiosity • Answer customer questions and collect real-time feedback • Represent the brand at promotional events and activations • Support account sign-ups, sales growth initiatives, and individual performance goals • Implement and support current promotions • Ensure brand standards are consistently followed at all events • Complete post-event analysis and reporting • Assist with additional promotional activities as needed Marketing & Sales Associate Additional Information:
