Marketing Sales Leader (B2B Sales)

The Director is responsible for executing our company's growth mission and vision by leading and growing a team of talented sales professionals. They are an instrumental Executive team member and are expected to bring new ideas and strategies to move their division and our agency forward. The duties include working closely with the VP of Growth & Marketing, as well as all members of the executive leadership team, to determine the company's business goals, mission, objectives, or initiatives, setting direction, planning & execute rollouts, following up on execution, and managing performance of the division. * Cultivate their own ongoing sales pipeline with a targeted number of outgoing sales calls per week; initiate, develop, foster, and procure new client relationships for The AD Leaf Marketing Firm. * Being a positive, professional role model for our leaders, mid-management, and staff members What We Require: * Previous experience in building and leading successful sales teams in the marketing or media space.
