Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to join our SparkHype Marketing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's expansion efforts while honing your expertise in sales and marketing strategies. Duties • Conduct outside and inside sales activities to generate new leads and expand existing client relationships • Manage territory accounts through proactive outreach, account management, and customer service • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share • Perform product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance • Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to meet or exceed sales targets • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue opportunities • Upsell additional products or services during client interactions to enhance account value • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory development progress Experience • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technical or product-driven environment • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build long-term client relationships • Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for business growth • Prior experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and managing a sales pipeline is preferred This role offers an engaging environment for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in sales and marketing while contributing significantly to our company's success.
