PLH Exclusives, a mission-driven builder of high-performance homes, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist to lead the charge in expanding our reach, refining our brand, and helping us serve more clients who care about craftsmanship, health, and integrity. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position designed for someone who can manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from content creation and digital management to inbound lead qualification and client onboarding. • Capture and organize media from job sites (via collaboration or personal visits) • Coordinate with ownership on strategic messaging and brand consistency • Qualify inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales process • Organize and track sales pipeline in CRM/JobTread • Collaborate with office and project management teams to support client onboarding • Conduct client follow-ups and request testimonials or project photography • Maintain regular reporting on engagement metrics, lead conversion, and marketing ROI • Stay updated on trends in homebuilding, restoration, and wellness-related construction Qualifications • 3 or more years of experience in marketing, content creation, or sales, ideally in construction, real estate, or wellness-related industries • Experience managing social media accounts, email campaigns, and light website edits (WordPress or similar) • Familiarity with CRM tools, JobTread, or related platforms (preferred but not required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to capture brand voice • Self-starter who thrives in autonomous and collaborative environments • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits or media capture (if local) • Experience in photography/videography, Canva, Google Suite, and/or QuickBooks is a huge plus.
