Marketing Services Manager - Maryland State Ad Agency (MSAA)

Headquartered in Owings Mills, MPT operates a full-service advertising agency, called the Maryland State Ad Agency (MSAA), which serves the needs of the Maryland State agencies seeking to communicate important messages through public service announcements and advertising. This position is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of advertising and marketing from contracting with internal creative services staff and vendors to overseeing the execution all production. Clients include Maryland State governmental agencies such as the Maryland Department of Health, Maryland Department of Labor, Maryland Emergency Management Agency, Maryland Department of Planning and others. · Set the creative vision by defining the overarching creative strategy for client campaigns. · Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals.
