Marketing Services Specialist

Track assignment progress and maintain business owner and marketing services informed of project status and/or changes in our project management system, Workfront. • Provide scope of work, strategic marketing direction, project plan, creative brief guidance, and approved budgets to each business owner for marketing related projects to promote our company, products, and services. Obtain all necessary approvals prior to presenting to business owner for review and approval. Manage business owner to gather all relevant information and details for the creative team to propose a conceptual design and for production to assure concept will be as effective and efficient as possible. • Leverage WorkFront system to effectively manage projects to generate reports and analysis to be shared with business owner and/or manager.
