Marketing, Social Media, & Creative Director (Founding Team)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid), Part-Time (20-25 hrs per week)

The Role

We are a fast-growing clean fragrance startup scaling our operations. We are looking for a sharp, hyper-proactive partner to act as our head of marketing and creative co-director. You will work directly with the CEO/Founder to help further refine our visual identity, scale our social presence, and execute the creative campaigns for our upcoming scent launches.

This is a Swiss-army-knife role for someone who wants genuine creative ownership in a brand with significant momentum.

The Work

Social & Content: Script, shoot, edit, and post high-taste, premium content across TikTok and Instagram (targeting ~8 high-impact IG posts a month, alongside consistent, trend-fluent TikToks).Launch Campaigns: Co-plan and fully execute the visual storytelling, digital rollout, and assets for new product launches.Design & Aesthetic: Maintain a rigorous, premium visual standard across all touchpoints, including light graphic design work.Trend Vetting: You naturally live on social media, analyzing what top-tier beauty and consumer brands are doing right now, and translating those insights into our strategy.

The Right Fit

Impeccable Taste: You have a distinct, elevated eye for luxury and minimalist aesthetics. Your portfolio proves you can curate a premium vibe.Obsessive Self-Starter: You don't wait for a brief or permission. You see an angle, pitch the creative, and shoot it.Background: Prior experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods (CPG) is highly preferred. Your taste level and execution matter infinitely more than years on a résumé—ambitious newcomers are welcome.Internet Native: You understand algorithm shifts, audio trends, and modern community-building intuitively.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder, not a traditional employee. In exchange for your eye and execution, you will receive equity with massive upward job mobility as the brand scales.
