Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

The Wedding Ring Shop is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail‑driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support and manage a wide range of marketing activities. This role touches every part of our brand—from design and digital campaigns to events, vendor management, and social media execution. Plan and coordinate monthly in‑store events and holiday activations.Research and secure event vendors (caterers, musicians, bartenders).Collect W9s, process vendor payments, and maintain strict event budgets of $700–$900 per event.Gather and organize photography/video assets from event partners.Support bridal show preparation and miscellaneous marketing needs.Social Media ).Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong problem solving and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Availability for evenings/weekends as needed for event supportPreferred Qualifications
