Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will lead content creation, social media management, email marketing, and digital engagement efforts for Better K9 Pet Resort and our dog training division, BK9 Working Class. Capture high-quality photo and video content at our facilities and events Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, stories, carousels, graphics, and promotional materials Write compelling captions and calls-to-action Produce content that supports both pet care services and dog training programs Understand the differences between marketing daycare, boarding, grooming, enrichment, and dog training services Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms Support marketing efforts for facility events, community outreach initiatives, fundraisers, and special promotions Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials Assist with local partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities Attend select events to capture content and support marketing efforts Track key performance indicators across social media and email marketing channels Monitor audience growth, engagement, reach, and campaign performance Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement Social media accounts managed Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or video projects Photography and videography samples Graphic design examples Email marketing campaigns Content calendars or campaign examples Performance results or case studies (preferred)
