TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.What You’ll DoDraft and schedule approved social posts, hiring updates, and company announcements.Organize project photos, content calendars, contact lists, and basic performance reports.Support simple graphics, event materials, website updates, and recruiting campaigns.Coordinate approvals and ensure content is accurate, professional, and on brand.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or a portfolio is welcome.0–2 years of social media, school, volunteer, retail, or marketing experience.Clear writing and comfort with LinkedIn, Canva, or similar tools.Good judgment, consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.What Success Looks LikeAccurate work, responsive communication, dependable attendance, organized records, respectful teamwork, and consistent follow-through.CompensationCompetitive hourly pay based on experience and capabilities.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision coverage.TESIM Electric is an equal opportunity employer.
