About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Director to join our team. This role will focus on promoting our three unique restaurant brands and engaging a broad, youthful audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all three restaurant concepts.
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to foster community and drive brand awareness.
Collaborate with culinary and management teams to highlight unique menu items and special events.
Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials that reflect each brand’s identity.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, refining strategies for optimal engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
Proven marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Expertise in social media management and community engagement.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for the food and beverage industry and a keen understanding of market trends.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
