Marketing & Social Media Host - national company

The BoaVida Group owns and operates over 100 RV and mobile home properties nationwide. -Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Yelp and others) -Curate campaign content -Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities -Train team members how to monitor and manage social media accounts -Create and guide all marketing material -Daily and weekly monitoring and report on all channels -Work with Customer Services to communicate with clients when information is needed -Address customer complaints, overcome objections and solve problems -Establish and maintain reliable communication with clients -Analyze potential strategic partnerships as it relates to growth -Plan and implement promotional campaigns -Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring results -Attend meetings, presentations, seminars, conventions and other functions (including many nights and weekends). -Demonstrate, install, train and sometimes troubleshoot software -Help develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives -Storyboard video snippets -Shoot active video and b-roll -Maintain email lists -Schedule and coordinate media/email releases -Monitor brand reputation -Oversee edits and final version of video -Maintain logs of websites, urls, passwords, customer support emails -Oversee creation and implementation of new websites -Manage postings of home sales on websites -Manage website modifications and updates -3-5 years of experience with direct marketing -New media & video publications and management experience -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience -Extensive experience managing Facebook / Instagram ads, Google ads, and other large advertising platforms -An excitement for learning new things -Strong analytical and project management skills -Strong copywriter -Strong creative and design thinking Some travel, occasional overnight
