Marketing & Social Media Intern

The Carter Real Estate Team is hiring a creative, motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our growing real estate brand in Colorado Springs. • Manage and update our weekly content calendar • Write captions with AI tools (we’ll train you) • Assist with email newsletters and basic website updates • Track analytics and help with monthly reporting • Organize brand photos, videos, and templates What We’re Looking For • Creative eye + strong social media instincts • Comfortable filming and working with people • Experience with TikTok/Instagram Reels • Canva or Adobe knowledge • Reliable, organized, and a self-starter $15–$20/hr depending on experience Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
