Marketing & Social Media Manager – Roofing & Construction (Full-Time) We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager who can capture our projects in action, showcase transformations, and help us dominate our local market online. What You'll Be Responsible For Content Creation & Field Work • Capture high-quality job site footage (roof installs, repairs, construction projects) • Operate drone to film roof inspections, aerial property views, and completed projects • Photograph before/after transformations • Film educational and promotional content with team members Qualifications • Proven experience managing social media accounts for construction, roofing, or similar industry preferred • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) • Drone operation experience required (FAA Part 107 certification strongly preferred) • Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites • Understanding of roofing terminology and construction processes is a major plus • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines • Strong organizational and communication skills
