Marketing & Social Media Manager

We’re looking for an in-house Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across Instagram and Meta platforms. This role goes beyond posting—you’ll be responsible for creating content, managing ad campaigns, and using marketing to drive client bookings and stylist recruitment. Social Media • Manage 2 Instagram accounts • Post 5x per week per account • Maintain Instagram stories • Film content in-salon 2–4 hours/week • Edit reels + write captions • Engage daily (comments, DMs, audience growth) What We’re Looking For... • Experience managing social media for a brand or business • Strong eye for content, branding, and visual aesthetic • Ability to create and edit short-form video (Reels) • Organized, self-led, and consistent • Understands how to drive engagement, leads, and growth Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salem, OR 97304
