Marketing & Social Media Manager (Part-Time to Full-Time)

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn content into revenue, followers into customers, and marketing ideas into real business growth. We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can build systems, create content, manage websites, run paid ads, design marketing materials, and actively represent the brand in public and online. The Marketing & Social Media Manager will oversee all digital marketing, social media strategy, website management, advertising, content creation, public relations, and brand development across multiple locations. Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content that drives engagement and sales Lead storytelling efforts across all locations Capture and edit content in real time across cafés, events, and behind-the-scenes operations Identify trends and turn them into brand-relevant content opportunities Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand messaging meta ads: 1 year (Preferred) Social media management: 1 year (Preferred) Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Content creation: 1 year (Preferred)
