Marketing / Social Media Manager

Responsibilities & requirements: Will oversee the production of creative & content for our brands across all social media channels Create new growth strategies Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals 3+ years of marketing experience across as many social media platforms as possible such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, Reddit, etc Able to work well with others in a highly collaborative and creative environment Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
