Marketing, Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist – Luxury Fashion Brand

About the Company We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy marketing specialist to manage our social media, content creation, and paid advertising across digital platforms. In this in-person role, you’ll handle daily social media management, AI-powered ad campaigns, and Shopify-connected marketing tools. Key Responsibilities • Create and post content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest • Write engaging, on-brand captions and campaign copy • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content • Manage paid ads on Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok • Track performance and attribution to optimize campaigns • Use Shopify apps (Klaviyo, Rebuy, Postscript) to enhance campaigns • Partner with creative and retail teams on product launches • Respond to comments and build community engagement Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or social media • Strong portfolio in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury branding • Experience managing paid ads and analytics • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) • Familiar with Shopify marketing integrations • Excellent visual storytelling and writing skills • Must be based in Seattle and able to work on-site full-time
