Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist based in Long Beach, CA, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, social media (Instagram), creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Additional tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, evaluating the success of marketing initiatives, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Compensation: $100,000
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and deliver outstanding support to clients
• Experience in Market Research and developing data-driven strategies to improve marketing outcomes
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Strategy to effectively promote services and engage target audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to both in-office and remote work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing initiatives is a plus
