Description of Position: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of duties pertaining to marketing and sales; and is expected to take initiative, contribute creatively and drive business to the company. The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager. The Marketing Specialist will be Responsible for the Following Duties: · Create specific marketing campaigns based on the company’s short and long- term goals. · Ensure consistency in our marketing message through our website, direct mail, email campaigns, trade magazine advertisements, and social media. · Oversee ERC’s robust email marketing campaign by creating and curating industry specific content, ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly, proofreading messaging in and out of email templates, compiling email lists, and tracking and analyzing campaign results.
