Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will be Responsible for the Following Duties: · Ensure consistency in marketing message across website, direct mail, email campaigns, and social · Oversee email marketing campaign by creating industry specific content, ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly, proofreading messaging in and out of email templates, compiling email lists, and tracking and analyzing campaign results · Coordinate and execute in-house mailings as another touchpoint to boost sales and generate leads · Coordinate website product updates as well as add new products and content as needed · Design digital and printed marketing collateral to promote the company’s products · Oversee ERC’s social presence by creating and curating content to increase user engagement · Compile, review, and analyze monthly marketing reports · Aid in developing and analyzing results and make recommendations to improve response rates · Assist with general administrative duties Desirable Traits and Abilities: · Positive attitude · Able to multi-task, switch gears quickly, and juggle multiple priorities · Has a sense of urgency and meets deadlines · Easily approachable and welcomes constructive criticism · Will take initiative as well as direction in completing projects · Don’t take yourself too seriously and has a good sense of humor Job Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising · Minimum 1-5 years of experience in marketing, including a successful track record in marketing assignments · Must be extremely well organized and have attention to detail · Be goal-oriented with excellent follow through · Excellent writing/proofreading/design skills · Proficiency in all Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) We process and distribute hundreds of varieties of wiping materials to large, medium, and small businesses throughout North America.
