RxAnte launched Mosaic Pharmacy Service in 2019, a wholly owned subsidiary designed to offer pharmacy and chronic care management services for our clients’ most medically complex and vulnerable members. RxAnte is seeking a Marketing Specialist who combines proactive thinking, creativity, and attention to detail in a dynamic, results-driven role. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and adapt marketing content for a variety of formats and audiences—including email campaigns, websites, social media, member outreach, and sales materials • Use generative AI tools to draft and refine content while ensuring a human-centered, consistent voice • Support campaign execution by integrating content into HubSpot and similar platforms • Maintain content calendars and publish regular updates across social media platforms • Contribute to digital advertising efforts across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Track and report on campaign performance, helping the team learn and improve over time • Coordinate logistics and support marketing efforts for industry events, both leading up to and following the event • Collaborate with partners across Sales, Product, Client Success, Clinical Services, and HR to ensure messaging is aligned and effective • Work with external web partners to manage and optimize website content, making basic updates as needed • Support project coordination and administrative tasks across marketing and communication initiatives as needed Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • 3–5 years of marketing experience; healthcare or health tech experience preferred • Strong copywriting, copyediting, and content development skills • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms • Proficiency with generative AI tools for content creation • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • A proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Team-oriented but comfortable working independently and taking initiative
