What You'll Do Under the management of the Associate Director, the Marketing and Communications Manager leads the development of the Erb Institute's marketing and communications plans, with a focus on social media, newsletter campaigns, and public relations. Create and distribute marketing materials for events and programs, including digital ads, email campaigns, and social content. Monitor website, email, and social media analytics to assess performance. Familiarity with web analytics and social media metrics, and to inform strategy.
