What You'll Do • Be the go-to expert for Certco’s digital marketing programs – helping our retailers thrive in a competitive market • Manage and optimize retail websites, post digital promotions, and support onboarding of new retailers • Use data and KPIs to make smart, growth-focused decisions and share insights with internal teams and retailers • Lead the charge on SEO, content creation, and digital strategies that boost visibility and sales • Collaborate with sales and category management teams to fill promotional gaps and deliver high-impact campaigns • Support retailers with solutions that drive more customers, sales, and unit volume • Assist with email marketing and digital asset creation for campaigns What We're Looking For • A degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital programs, or retail preferred • Strong tech skills, including Google Analytics & Excel • Excellent communication and organizational skills • A detail-oriented, fast-paced problem solver who thrives on collaboration Essential Job Functions • Own creation of and reporting out of KPI’s to assist Certco, Inc. and retailers in making business decisions • Responsible for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Certco, Inc. and retail owner websites • Writes content as needed • Drive data driven decisions based on various data touchpoints through consistent reviews and presentations • Develop cross functional relationships with Certco, Inc. sales department • Inform both retailers and internal stakeholders on upcoming events, progress of the event and recap the event for the appropriate visibility of the programs • Identify promotional gaps by evaluating competitive programs • Research and recommend digital strategies and programs that could increase overall sales and revenue • Lead, manage and communicate eCommerce and digital opportunities internally and externally • Load digital promotions into Vendor Portal and communicate as needed with category management and sales teams as well as brands/manufacturers for planning purposes • Post promotions to Retailer’s SharePoint and providing communication internally and externally • Work with the Marketing Manager to review strategies that will lead to retailer and brand participation in the Marketing Services digital product portfolio • Assists social media specialist with email marketing • Work with Marketing Manager to request digital asset creation • Other duties as assigned by management • Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy
