Marketing Specialist

Are you a self-motivated and highly resourceful person who is capable of dominating the markets we serve? TOK is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist who will lead the development of property marketing collateral (print and digital), craft marketing strategies and plans, and create client reporting materials for TOK’s property listings and client representation services. The Marketing Specialist works under the guidance of a Sr. Marketing Specialist, and will be supported by a Marketing Assistant. • Direct Marketing Assistant in coordinating and initiating email blasts to the local, regional, and national brokerage professionals as well as potential investors, tenants, or other audience targets. • A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
