Marketing Specialist

Overview We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to help increase bookings and grow our local presence. This role focuses on bringing in as many customers as possible through effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to generate leads and increase bookings • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns • Promote services in local Facebook groups, Nextdoor, and community pages • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for improvement • Assist with budget allocation for local marketing campaigns • Suggest creative approaches to improve customer engagement and visibility Qualifications / Experience • Experience with local or service-based marketing is required • Proven past experience in generating leads and bookings through digital marketing • Strong understanding of social media advertising, especially Facebook and Instagram • Ability to create content and post in community-focused platforms (Nextdoor, Facebook groups) • Self-motivated and results-driven • Strong communication skills and reliability • Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus
