Marketing Specialist

Yash Management is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive on-site Marketing Specialist to lead marketing, lead generation, and community relations for Davenport’s leading real estate management group. With over 350+ residential and commercial units in the heart of downtown Davenport and Burlington, Yash Management seeks to make its communities the best place to live, work, and play!

Location: Davenport, IA

Responsibilities

· Promote available units through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Buildium, Social Media, and other internal marketing tools

· Develop creative campaigns to attract prospective tenants

· Serve as a friendly and consistent point of contact for current residents

· Organize and execute quarterly resident and prospective resident events across all properties to foster a sense of community

· Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve issues when needed

· Build relationships with local organizations (e.g. Chamber of Commerce, colleges, employers) to generate referrals and awareness of available units

· Represent the company in the local community and networking events

· Assist office staff with administrative tasks and strategic projects

· Take photos of vacant units and upload onto our 3rd party leasing software (Buildium)

Miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Strong salesperson

· Organized, detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

· Energetic, empathetic, and friendly personality

· Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and comfortable learning new software

· Passionate about building communities and making residents feel at home

· Prior experience in marketing, office administration, property management, or customer service preferred

· Hourly:

· Annual performance bonus eligible
