Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Lafayette, LA. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and providing exceptional support and service to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include developing sales strategies, creating promotional materials, and assisting in communications efforts to enhance the brand's presence.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effectively engaging with clients, REALTORS and stakeholder
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights
• Ability to develop and implement effective Marketing Strategies
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
• At least 1 year Experience with verifiable references
