Reporting & Performance Management • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for: • Quote volume growth • Website traffic and conversion metrics • Email/SMS engagement and opt-out rates • Social media growth and engagement • Campaign ROI (digital and traditional) • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. Preferred • Insurance Experience • Proven Content Strategies with Social Media and marketing automation.
