Position Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Marketing Specialist to support local initiatives and boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and membership growth. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, is highly self-driven, and performs well without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage social media accounts and content creation
• Design and distribute marketing materials (flyers, signage, digital assets)
• Coordinate with local partners for sponsorships and events
• Track and analyze marketing performance and provide regular reporting
• Represent the Tommy’s brand at community events and outreach programs
• Support grand openings and special events with promotional strategies

What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience
• Strong writing, design, and digital marketing skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Self-starter with excellent time management
• Comfortable working independently and on-site at car wash locations
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
• Passion for brand-building and community engagement
