This role is focused on integrated marketing and campaign execution, where social media is just one component of a broader marketing strategy. You will: • Lead marketing initiatives for THS Creative • Support and execute marketing initiatives for multiple client accounts This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently move between strategy, content creation, and hands-on marketing execution. THS Internal Marketing Goal: Increase brand awareness and inbound leads to grow company sales • Support annual and quarterly marketing strategy • Develop content calendars and campaigns that align with marketing strategy & sales pipeline goals • Create sales tools, capability decks and support materials for sales and marketing team • Manage organic social presence as part of broader campaign execution, including writing & publishing posts, monitoring activity and actively engaging with community • Manage email newsletters and nurture campaigns including content and partner with team for successful deployment • Write and publish project case studies, blogs and insight content incorporating input from team and internal subject matter experts • In collaboration with Web Developer, update website content on an ongoing basis and optimize for SEO, AEO & GEO • Monitor analytics and make suggestions for improvements to increase marketing performance
