Marketing Specialist

Location: Open to the following Harris Beach Murtha offices for a hybrid opportunity: Albany, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY; Boston, MA; Hartford and New Haven, CT Harris Beach Murtha’s Business Development team is searching for a Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of business development and marketing plans. Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to: • Collaborate with team members by using established firm branding guidelines, tools and software to create advertisements, email blasts, social media graphics and other creative assets • Manage and monitor all firm social media accounts, including developing and maintaining a social media editorial calendar and creating content • Expand the firm’s existing social and digital platforms by identifying future growth opportunities that reflect the firm’s strategic priorities and maximize engagement with targeted audiences • Monitor, analyze and report on the firm’s social media engagement and other key metrics • Assist with ongoing maintenance of the firm’s website • Maintain and update firm contact lists and support ongoing data integrity initiatives • Assist with public relations strategy implementation • Support the planning and execution of firm marketing events, including pre- and post-event promotion and on-site attendance • Assist with developing and updating marketing collateral • Travel occasionally to firm offices as needed The anticipated weekly schedule in Rochester and Syracuse is 38.75 hours per week.
