Marketing Specialist

We are a cosmetic manufacturing company in San Leandro that formulates, manufactures, and packages a variety of cosmetics including powders, lipsticks, mascaras, soaps, creams, etc. Success in this role requires an understanding of how our brand messaging relates to the customer experience across all channels. This full-time position will run about 8 weeks or until all projects are completed. Primary Responsibilities -Develop content strategy and messaging themes based on brand identity -Collaborate with design team members to conceive of and create compelling new digital experiences that help people understand our company brand -Create, design, and produce a variety of print marketing materials including brochures, advertising, postcards, presentations, and proposals, ensuring company branding strategies are met -Create and edit content (email, blog, web, social media, Google slides, etc) to support digital campaigns and sales initiatives What we are looking for: -Ability to take initiative and comply with deadlines -Create designing experiences that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects -Develop concepts that lead to the execution of work, as well as the day-to-day management of project completion -Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format, and production
