Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist is a self-driven candidate who excels in meeting deadlines and collaborates effectively with diverse teams, including engineers, marketers, and planners, to produce persuasive and standout deliverables. Successful candidates will be proactive, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and excellent attention to detail. Provide peer review and QA/QC on marketing and proposal materials, as assigned. Coordinate with project managers and technical leads for project schedule, scope and fees, as needed. Maintain marketing files and data in Microsoft Teams, Deltek, Adobe, InDesign, and OpenAsset with project, contact, team, and prospect information.
