The Content Marketing & Multimedia Specialist is a hands-on creative role focused on bringing our brand and campaigns to life through video, design, and multimedia production. Multimedia Production:Plan, shoot, and edit video content for events, promotions, testimonials, training, and social campaigns.Edit and adapt video content for both long-form platforms (YouTube, website, training) and short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).Manage and grow The Institute’s YouTube presence, including editing, publishing schedules, SEO optimization, and monetization strategies.Capture and edit photography for marketing campaigns and live events.Support live event media needs, such as audio/video setup and recording (may include travel).Content & Design:Create graphics, visuals, and marketing assets using Canva Pro (bonus if Adobe Creative Suite experience).Design social media content, thumbnails, reels, and video graphics that align with brand guidelines.Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Specialist to turn written campaigns into multimedia deliverables.Digital Marketing Support:Assist with social media publishing and scheduling to showcase media content.Contribute to email campaigns and promotions with supporting visuals.Assist in the creation and management of creatives, messaging, and offers related to paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, or LinkedIn), including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.Track content performance metrics and provide insights on what resonates with target audience(s).Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Production, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field OR equivalent professional experience (education can be substituted with work experience).1+ years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or digital marketing.Proficiency in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Davinci or similar).Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills.Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a team that aims to make a positive impact on businesses and individuals in the automotive industry.Career Development: Opportunities for continuous learning and growth in a nurturing environment.Collaborative Environment: Work within a team that values honesty, integrity, compassion, and mutual success.Job Type: Full-time Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)Email marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ogden, UT 84405
