Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking an individual to fill the position of Marketing Communications Specialist.Primary ResponsibilitiesHelp in marketing activities such as email campaigns, content development, advertising and events planningCreate innovative marketing campaigns and present the recommendations to managementCollaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead‑nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channelsManage paid digital ad campaigns across multiple channelsConduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic dataAssist in marketing research to identify new tools and approaches for the team to useWork with sales team to develop state and region specific marketing campaigns and materialsUpgrade content on existing web presence to support marketing efforts and SEO and AEO/GEO metricsEnsure brand consistency through all marketing channelsInvestigate the performance of marketing campaigns via KPIsRequirementsExperience with building marketing campaigns and strategiesPreferred Therap user and/or I/DD industry experienceStrong data analysis skills (ability to assess KPIs, etc)Preferred BS or BA degree in the marketing/business fieldPreferred experience with SEO and AEO/GEOPreferred experience with paid digital ad campaignsAbility to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously#J-18808-Ljbffr
