Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing, referral relationships, community outreach, employee engagement, and business growth initiatives of Central Valley Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Institute.
This is a full-time, in-office position supporting all five CVDI locations. Regular travel between offices, referring dental practices, community events, and vendor locations is an essential part of the position.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, creative, and able to independently manage multiple projects while building strong relationships both inside and outside the organization.
Referral Relations & Practice Growth
· Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices through regular visits, communication, lunches, gifts, and appreciation efforts.
· Plan and execute referral engagement programs, including Top Referring Office recognition, Study Clubs, appreciation events, Golden Tooth Games, and other campaigns.
· Track and analyze referral activity to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth across each CVDI location.
· Develop and support initiatives designed to strengthen existing referral relationships and generate new referral opportunities.
Marketing & Digital Presence
· Assist in developing and executing CVDI's overall marketing strategy, campaigns, and location-specific growth initiatives.
· Manage and maintain CVDI's digital presence, including Google Business Profiles, website updates, social media, online reviews, blogs, and Google Posts.
· Create and coordinate marketing content, including photography, video, social media, promotional materials, and graphic design.
· Monitor marketing performance, expenses, sponsorships, and emerging opportunities to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Events & Community Engagement
· Plan and execute referral, employee, and community events from initial concept through completion.
· Coordinate event logistics, including venues, vendors, food, invitations, supplies, signage, schedules, and communication.
· Manage major initiatives such as referring office appreciation events, Study Clubs, employee events, community outreach, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
· Attend and represent CVDI at events and community activities as needed.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
· Coordinate employee appreciation programs, company events, challenges, celebrations, and other engagement initiatives.
· Support communication of company-wide activities and marketing initiatives across all five offices.
· Assist with employee training coordination and other company-wide programs as assigned.
· Help create a consistent and positive employee experience across CVDI locations.
Project & Administrative Support
· Manage marketing projects and requests from doctors, managers, and leadership from initial request through completion.
· Coordinate and maintain relationships with marketing vendors, community partners, and other outside organizations.
· Maintain organized project and follow-up lists to ensure deadlines and commitments are completed.
· Respond to changing priorities, troubleshoot issues, and assist with special projects and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications
· Strong organizational, project-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
· Comfortable developing relationships with doctors, employees, referring offices, vendors, and community partners.
· Experience or familiarity with marketing, social media, content creation, event planning, business development, or healthcare is preferred.
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to regularly travel between all five CVDI locations and throughout surrounding communities.
Work & Travel Expectations
· Full-time, primarily in-office position supporting Visalia, Hanford, Fresno, Tulare, and Porterville.
· Regular travel between CVDI offices, referring practices, vendor locations, and community events is required.
· Work is primarily performed during normal business hours, with occasional early morning or evening hours for events and other marketing activities.
· The employee's primary work location may vary based on business needs, events, referral outreach, and marketing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
