Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for collaborating with the Experiential Marketing team and cross-functional partners to execute marketing initiatives across 70+ showroom markets. Duties include coordinating event logistics, developing marketing assets, supporting showroom teams with events and openings, and executing local marketing programs.

How success is defined:

• Facilitate the planning and execution of showroom events, activations, new showroom openings, and experiential marketing initiatives across showroom markets.
• Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, vendors, permits, licensing, documentation, and deliverables to support successful execution.
• Manage event budgets, expenses, and invoices, including tracking and reconciliation, and support post-event reporting and recaps.
• Administer and support event management platforms, including Splash, and maintain project trackers, calendars, timelines, and documentation.
• Develop and coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including print and digital invitations, signage, in-store materials, email campaigns, landing pages, social media assets, and presentations.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets with internal teams and external vendors while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, showroom teams, and external partners to support showroom events, openings, and local marketing initiatives.
• Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

• Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule while maintaining a consistent presence in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.


What you will bring:

• 4 - 7 years’ previous experience in marketing, event planning, project coordination, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating systems and programs, including Microsoft 365; experience with SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and event management platforms preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail, interior design, home furnishings, and/or the design industry a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
• Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for this role.


Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location
