Knowledge of Real Estate, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Adobe InDesign, and Social Media marketing is preferred. The role includes a mix of consulting on marketing strategies and hands-on design or campaign implementation. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Present and showcase new initiatives to large company sales meetings Analyze data on advertising channels to provide informed recommendations Create how-to guides on platforms and new practices when needed Stay informed on updates to the market to keep agents informed Qualifications Excellent use of technology and ability to quickly learn platforms at an advanced level Ability to handle multiple projects with timelines Strong organizational and writing skills Knowledge of print, digital and social advertising process and requirements Extensive experience with graphic design and use of Adobe InDesign Knowledge of the Real Estate industry Email marketing and HTML code Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
